Worst experience yet at this location, my husband ordered a bowl and came out great, I on the other hand ordered same bowl and... it was about 1/3 full ask for more at the check out and checker said they give me the correct size. My husband had a 2/3 fullbowl, can you explain that and the rudeness at the time of check out. How long before the other 3 restaurants open up? Read more

What a great experience at this Freebirds in Dripping Springs. They have a saying of ?It?s your world Service? and that?s what I... got! I don?t think I?ve been able to sample items as much as I have been here. They?re are so knowledgeable able theingredients. I know how challenging it can be to run with a short staff, but they do it with pride! Thank you for all you do inour community! Read more

The chicken taco was simply bad! The chicken diced into the most minute pieces was indistinguishable. Some of the corn... kernels were larger. Though it was supposed to be white meat the minuscule pieces mostly appeared to be dark meat. I have nevereaten chicken of this sort and still not sure if it was chicken or what. No thanks Freebirds! The staff was great, extremely friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean and busy, but the burrito itself just wasn't spicy... enough and a little bit soggy. I'll probably go back and try it again, and try to get a different kind of burrito to see if Ilike it better Read more

The food is great, but be ready to wait 20 minutes for a pickup. The line went faster, I'm blown away. Edit; I posted my review... while I was waiting. I'm still waiting. 45 minutes for a pickup, because they were out of chicken. No one told me when I checkedon my order multiple times. Read more

I was super excited for Freebirds opening near us. I?ve loved Freebirds since I was a freshman at A&M in 2001, and even before... on visits. The other locations do a pretty decent job. This location is an absolute disaster. I?ve given it 10+ tries now andnot once has the burrito been rolled even remotely well. The ingredients are bland, cooked improperly, and a mess. I know it?sdifficult to hire good folks these days, but this is looks like serious management problems. I won?t be back until I hearthey?ve made big changes. Like an idiot I decided to make an order for pickup, and showed up 39 minutes after placing it. Stillnot done. Waited another 5 minutes. This place won?t survive. Read more

I enjoy going to the new SW Austin location on 290. Since I work in the area I hate to admit I probably go there more often than... I should. Everyone is always upbeat and friendly, it's clean and the most important thing is it is consistent on the quality of food. You can't go wrong stopping in for a bite to eat. The pictures are of salad with pork. Read more

This location is fairly new but wow is it bad. The employees are trying their best, but you can tell that management did a... horrible job training them. I paid $12 for the tiniest burrito I?ve ever seen. Keep in mind this burrito had almost everyingredient in it yet it was almost the size of a child?s meal. Disappointing compared to the Lamar location. Read more
