I ordered a strawberry matcha latte with less ice and boba. The boba is cooked perfectly, it?s chewy and soft. The drink was too... sweet for me. The strawberry purée was so sweet and yummy. It compliments the drink very well. The drink had a great teaflavor. Overall I loved my drink, and I recommend this place if you?re willing to spend $7 on a drink. Read more

Absolutely my favorite boba shop! I?ve tried so many different places, but none compare to the quality drinks AND service, I... receive with every visit, here at Gong Cha. It?s evident that the staff takes a lot of time and diligence in keeping the shopclean, while maintaining wonderful customer service, and speedy prep time (even when busy) I live 30 minutes away and so gladlymake the drive at least 2-3 times a week. Boba tea is a recent discovery for me, and I've enjoyed sampling various shops around town. This last week, my brother and I... tried Gong Cha for the first time. The staff was great answering my questions and I was impressed by how quickly they stoppedsocializing with each other to make our drinks (even as we were finalizing the sale). My brother enjoyed how strong the caramelflavor was in his Caramel Milk Tea -- especially compared to a similar drink at another shop -- but prefers his boba pearls alittle larger. My drink was a Brown Sugar Milk Tea at 50% sweetness and I would get it again (maybe trying 25% next time). Thepearls were a little smaller than some others we've tried. If you're not sure how you feel about chewing as part of your drink,it would probably be perfect for you as the smaller size doesn't create such a contrast. The only reason I'm giving them 4stars instead of 5 is price. We both got the smaller drink size, but it cost about the same as a larger, standard size boba teawould at another shop. I was on my way to Tsaocaa, but decided to read the reviews. A lot of people were disappointed & Some guy on there referred Gong... Cha ,So I decided to give them a try. It?s my first time trying the drink. I went with the pearl milk tea with 50/50 sugar. Itwas delicious! Fast & friendly service! Decent place. They have some board games too so that was nice to keep company. Four star because the dink I had had such... generous amount of the toppings I wanted, it?s nothing but sweet and very little juice. Everyone else enjoyed their drink sothat was good. I didn?t post my drink photo cause I end up throwing it away but the ice coffee was good. There?s parking lot sofinding parking was easy and short walk. Read more
A warm and cozy place to hangout with friends. Nice ambiance and really nice teas as well. They have many toppings, apart from... the regular pearls(boba). We tried the Carmel milk tea hot and earl grey tea with 3 J?s(toppings). The caramel tea was reallygood, nice consistency and taste. There were a couple of games to play as well. Read more
Cute little tea shop, but the tea really wasn?t very good. Bubble tea shops are already quite pricey in the US for no reason,... but it?s especially stark when the drinks were this subpar. I have strong suspicions that this branch is watering their teadown. Not only did it taste this way, but they don?t offer ?light? ice ? it?s marked off of their sign. What reason would therebe for this, other than trying to save margins? All-in-all, a cute little branch of a nationwide brand, but severely lackingquality control from corporate. Read more
