Restaurant owner, the food is good and the pricing is reasonable. I have been to the restaurant a few times now. Can you please... make sure that that staff at the restaurant smiles at and/or greets every customer who walks in through the entrance doors. Thisshouldn't be difficult as the restaurant entrance is right in front of the cash counter. This will help your business. It doesn't deserve 1 star. Customer service is nonexistent here. I visited with a friend and walked in and was not greeted. The... man stayed on his phone sitting at the counter. We decided to go ahead and order since we were there already. So we did and rungus up and while paying got back on his phone, didn't tell us anything or seat us or anything. We waited over 30 min. The ladycame out and brought our food but didn't say anything and just walked away. I ordered shrimp and fries and some nuggets. Myfriend had a 2 piece chicken w/ mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was not good, the shrimp looked burnt and tasted old, thenuggets were not fully cooked. The best thing was the fries and sprite. I had to go out the door and come back in so the bellwould ring just to get someone to come back to the front to get a to-go box. (To give to someone in need). Long story short -I'll never go back. I can get bad customer service any where with better food. I really wanted to like this place. Read more
Good halal wings are hard to find in San Antonio, so when we found this place on a trip to Austin we definitely had to try it... out. They appeared to be short-staffed and it took awhile to finally get our order but in the end the wait was worth it. Friedchicken was excellent, crispy on the outside yet tender inside, really well spiced. We also tried the lemon pepper wings whichwas also excellent. Will definitely revisit next time we're in Austin, although we'll likely try order in advance for pickupinstead. Read more

Not worth the money for their fish and rice plate. They charge $12.99 for paper thin fish. When I called and asked about it the... guy just told me I was crazy and that they have always had the same small fish and if I don?t like it to not come back. I triedto explain that when they was charging $9.99 for the same fish and rice plate their fish was bigger and had meat but this fishis crunchy and has no meat. He said he did not care and that he needed to get to other calls. This place is a waste of money andthey are so rude. They do not even understand what I say to them. It's the kind of fried chicken that doesn't look delicious in the pictures, but actually it's very good. It's cook to order,... well filtered, crunchy and very clean. I got the mac and cheese as a side and was so good. Read more
Best wings in town! Period. Best chicken tenders. Best fried chicken! They don't precook their food, so order ahead or plan to... wait a bit. They make it FRESH to order, and they don't disappoint. I eat here once a week since I found this place! Amazingfood that everyone should eat! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my new go to places! Read more
