The menu and decor is so fun! There is definitely a line of people waiting even with reservations, so it?s a must to grab a... reservation! I don't even know where to begin with this place. From the outside looking in, you can't tell, but the inside of this restaurant... is so gorgeous and unique! There are countless places to take great photos at! Our waittres was so kind and very knowledgeableof the menu. The only complaint is she kept taking our plates before we could lick them clean. Each dish was very good andunique as well. The smoked old fashioned and espresso martini were very good. And at the end of our dinner the waittressbrought us a vintage looking postcard and told us we could fill it out to anyone in the world and they mail it for you! Cute place with disappointing food. 2 of us ordered crab fried rice, oysters, burger and a dessert and we were still hungry.... Crab fried barely had any crab and was so salty, I felt the migraine coming. The service wasn?t great either. Drinks are alsooverpriced for what you get. Overall unimpressed for the price point. The biscuits were very dense and dry. The beetroot butter saved the show. It was... delicious and added much-needed moisture to the dish. I only wish there was more sorghum syrup. The steak frites was good, notthe best but not the worst. It was good with the truffle espuma. The hot chicken was tasty, but I definitely wouldn?t havepaired it with the potato salad. They were better as separate components. My cocktail was fine. Balanced but basic. Overall, Iwasn?t impressed, and I couldn?t understand the hype. It was fine, I just didn?t find anything particularly compelling about anyof it (except for the beetroot butter!). Read more
Definitely an elegant place, lovely decor and inviting layout. Service was very good both times. The cocktails are a hit or... miss, some are very good and others not so special. Same experience with the food, the burrata was amazing but the fall saladwas very disappointing, the flavors were not marrying, the dressing was a thick sauce that didn't make sense and the thick cutsof leeks didn't belong either. I still want to try other items but would be nice to have more consistency in quality and flavorespecially given the price point I expect everything to be delicious and wow me. Read more
