The servers try their best. But the atmosphere is chaotic and uncomfortable no matter how empty the place is, due to the abuse... the day time manager executes. 25min to get our drinks and our order. 20 min more to get our food. The noise from the kitchen was extremely loud. Yelling at... each other, laughing, we can see that most of the wait staff was in the kitchen fraternizing with the kitchen staff whilecostumers like us we?re waiting. I?ve never witness the level of noise and chatter coming from the staff with complete disregardto costumers, it went on for the duration of my stay. Never again. Read more
Barely anyone here but it took forever to get seated and a lot longer to get our food. Food was cold when we got it, although I... have to admit my BLT was tasty. We also had to wait about 15 minutes to get butter for my daughter's Swedish pancakes and mysalad dressing. Never got a refill on our water or drinks. Also the lingonberry jam was half raspberries. Really made mydaughter upset as lingonberries are one of her favorite things. I don't think it was our server's fault as she was the onlyserver here on a Saturday afternoon. I don't usually even eat breakfast but I have been craving French Toast. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Laila was... super friendly and pleasant. She seemed to genuinely love her job. She was quick and efficient and gave me just the rightamount of attention. The coffee was good and the food was amazing and just the right portions. A plate of condiments wasbrought over especially for me with every item being spotless. I will definitely go back. The vibe was very positive there! Read more

Seated my self since no one cared to seat us even though it was not busy at all. Waited 20 min for drinks and a good 40 for our... food. Waitress placed check on table saying whenever i was ready, she came back and asked for my payment because they werebetween shift change, handed her my card and she kept coming over to take reciept with signature. Told her i was still eatingand i was not ready to leave. I think her shift ended and that is why she was being insistive for payment.
