I was off for the week and took my adult son out to dinner. We went a bit early for dinner (before 5pm). Despite the place being... practically empty and short staffed to boot (1 server & 1 cook) dinner came fast and was delicious. Gotta love those pumpkinpancakes! Read more
I normally have a great experience at this particular location. The food and service is always spot on. Today 10/5/22 is not one... of those days. On my way back from the airport I was needing breakfast after being up & driving for a few hours. The waitresssaid they were doing a shift change and the next gal would take my order. This was 5:50 am, the next shift didn?t start rollingthrough the door until 6:08 am. My order wasn?t taken until 6:17 am. All the while the night shift sat on her phone not takingorders. Other customers went ahead and left that she was making wait for the next shift. To top things off, this location wasout of sugar free syrup yet again. This is important to a diabetic like myself. I kind of wish there were other locations openovernight so I wasn?t limited to just this one. Maybe I?ll just have to come here during the daylight hours and conduct a Q & Ato make sure management has placed their orders on their stock before placing a food order. Read more
Not a bad place at all. The service late is very slow. I suggest they get with minimum wage being $20 hour after tax they have... some good workers making those quality meals. Read more
Nothing to do with the employees or anything like that at this location but IHOP as a whole has just really seemed to go... downhill ever since the beginning of covid happened. Really slow service not the best of food. The service that we received wasgreat. Our server was really good I just think the place was grossly understaffed I also think we happened to go in at the sametime a shift change was happening today been part of the reason for the slow service. I have no complaints really. They made our food right, the waitstaff was nice, and we didn't have a long wait. I do wish that... the bathroom was a little cleaner but other than that we'll definitely be back. Read more
Havent been to Ihop in a long time. The place was clean and fairly empty. Because the place was empty not sure why it took so... long to get my food. The guy helping me was nice and professional. The food was good. The steak omelet I had was huge and tasty.The grits were so delicious. My toast and hash brown was hard and cold. I got new toast. Seems like toast and hash browns werecooked before the omelet was done and just sat. The food was decent other than that and the service was great Read more
This place needs a deep cleaning. The waitress was nice but I wasn't impressed by the condition of the restaurant. They... wouldn't even give the Birthday person in our group a free birthday meal. Not sure when they stopped doing that. They brought usstained syrup packages, the seats had food crumbs on it, the hot sauce sitting on several tables had no tops on them at all forthe flies to lick, trash under the sitting area benches. Wonder what the kitchen looks like. Health department should pay them avisit! Needless to say, I wont be going back there. Read more
Update ???? 11/04/22 So happy they have plant based options on the menu. Had the sausage with scrambled egg whites and fruit... cup with gluten-friendly pancakes. Everything was perfect! Service was rushed and the server was impatient. Other than that,good visit. ---------------------------------------- Previous visit ???? The we're very busy but service was not compromised.All the food was cooked right and their new fall menu items are to die for. Had a fun brunch date with my daughter andgrandkids. My grandson thought the service was so great....he wanted to leave part of the tip.....so he tipped from hisallowance money....and he's only 9 yrs old.
