Our first time here was the worst experience. there was a 15, minute wait for our bf the manager brought it out, never checked... on us, and didn't bring out butter for our pancakes. I understand you're short staffed but you can speed the step up a littleconsidering you only had 4, people in the restaurant 2, couples at each table 1, senior man solo. We waited over an hour for a party of four ordering pancakes, eggs and hash browns. The server failed to refill our beverages... and the serving staff was not short staffed, the kitchen might?ve been which is ok. But our water remained empty. Read more
Arguably, the WORST IHOP I have ever been to. I have been to this location 4 times now. EVERY time... I arrive to find other... customers.. Frustrated, because no one... Literally no one.. Is anywhere to be found. No host, no greeter... Nothing. Onmultiple occasions, patrons have resorted to knocking on the door to the kitchen, just to get someone's attention! I havewitnessed... 3 times now... someone who identified herself as the manager, and once, another employee who was a server. In all 3cases, the person was amazingly rude to the people waiting for a table... Saying things like, "they just won't hire enoughpeople", etc. The last time, there were 2 tables that had customers who were dining. 2. A total of four people. The server, whofinally appeared after we waited 10 minutes, told my party and another customer, that it would be 15 minutes BEFORE we could beseated. There were at least 8 tables or more that were empty. This is not the typical experience at an IHOP. Clearly, thislocation is horribly mismanaged. Don't waste your time. Read more
The food here is always good but they are always always always understaffed. It?s a bummer as this is currently the closest ihop... to our home, and we can enjoy if we have a leisurely morning but sometimes when we are on a time constraint we?ve not been ableto stay and eat. Read more
Everything tasted great... we loved the pancakes. The spinach and mushroom omelate was too good. Hash Browns were exceptional.... Service and cleanliness was not at par but when I mentioned my concerns the manager was super courteous and made sure I end upbeing a satisfied customer. Read more
Absolutely pathetic, when your staff has a victim mentality, service will never be a priority. Ordered food online, Website has... no cart ???? App changed my default location (for no reason) Order food, giving extra time to make certain it was on time(Curbside) Arrive early, No curbside response Walk in , stood in line Lady - Can I help you? , Yes online order pickup, brushoff....it shows up on the table when ready. Lady leaves Lady comes back, Ma'am, I ordered in advance because the timing isreally important. Lady let me check (didn't ask the name on the order) Lady comes back, are you Jonathan? No. I am Daryl, canyou please check, I need the food by 945. She leaves and comes back - sorry it will be 10 or more minutes. Walks off New ladyenters....can you ask them to do this "on the fly" (yes I worked in the Industry) ...no it's not my fault , 10 or more mins....Ineed to cancel my order....you have to call the number.
