Had a very pleasant experience at this place. The food was yummy, although I'd love to see a better ratio of cheese to tomato on... the burrata appetizer, and the caccio e peppe was a bit salty. The drinks were good although we didn't get a chance to samplethe limoncello which I learned they were famous for so still gotta go back for that. The dessert was amazing and the pecorinocheese ice cream was to die for! Service was outstanding, our server did a wonderful job and we also got to meet and interact abit with the bar manager who was wonderful as well. Read more
Visiting from Chicago and a friend recommended this place. Was not disappointed! Olivia was our server and she was absolutely... fantastic! Ordered the lamb ragú pasta, Cacio e Pepe, and a margherita pizza. All the dishes tasted very homemade andwholesome. Topped it off with several gimlets. Always great food and service. I’d recommend not sitting outside due to the grackles yelling throughout your meal, but other... than that everything was lovely. I especially appreciated how accommodating they are to vegans, and really enjoyed the aperitifsampler they have on offer. Everything tastes fresh and decadent, and the free house made limoncello shots at the end of themeal really set the tone for the whole experience. If I had one suggestion, it would be to put the vegan pasta option as a namedmenu item so I don’t have to specially request it every time. Read more

We had such a wonderful experience at Il Bruto! The patio is perfect for Texas spring and the service was incredible. Our waiter... Deshawn was so knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendations. We threw a bunch of different palettes at him when asking fora wine recommendation and he took the extra step to ask his manager what she thought just to be sure. For food, we had theravioli, burrata pizza, lasagna, and swordfish. All of it was incredible, but the lasagna was the real stand out! Read more

Probably the best Italian food & dessert we have had in a while! Incredible taste and flavors throughout the meal…appetizer to... dessert!! The house limoncello was a nice touch. There was nothing ordinary about anything we tasted last night. Loved theoutdoor patio and live music. Free parking at the Arnold parking garage was a nice perk. It was a cold day when I stopped by, but the warm atmosphere at the bar is one that I’ll be back for. We ordered appetizers,... main course, dessert and espresso. Loved everything! The portions are great size so you actually have room for dessert. TheGNOCCHI is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Be sure to stop in here. Read more
