Ordered 4 tacos with extra lettuce and ranch. Guy kept ringing up no lettuce and I kept confirming if he was adding extra... lettuce. He said yes. I also ordered regular chicken straps and large fries, but I got spicy, with stale fries. Went inside to order and waited for more than 10 minutes standing by the counter. All the people working would just stare at me... but no one came to take the order! The girls working had kids behind the counter running around by the frier and all over thelobby! Unsafe and unprofessional over all! Will not be coming back! Read more
Went thru the drive thru about 10 o?clock. There was a young heavy set girl (looked like she been eating more then working)... working and a real old skinny lady workin. Horrible service, very rude, got the order wrong and honestly seemed like they wereilliterate. Read more

The worst location in Austin. I ordered online after midnight and when I arrived, the employees were at their cars in the... parking lot and ignored me after they went back inside. Jack in the Box is usually pretty good. This was my first n last visit to this one. Terrible n I mean terrible customer service.... We went through the drive thru n was taken the order by someone who obviously hates her job n people. We were nothing but politeeven so, at the window made an addition to my order n refused at first, but after I told her to make a separate transaction ifneeded she did.. taking her time to do so n hand out our order. Just terrible. The food was ok, but what brings me back to aplace is the customer service, n this place is seriously flawed here. Read more
I simply love their dishes and the people who work here! I always get fantastic service there and you don?t get that in many... fast food chains. This store is well organized and the cashiers are always very welcoming. I would recommend this place 100% toothers! Read more
