Horrible. Ordered 2 regular burgers and they were same size as kids burger. They were dry like they sat there all day. Got a... chicken pita. Negative star rating. They make you order through UberEats or DoorDash and don?t accept drive thru orders past a certain time.... (Which is more expensive than just ordering at the window) even though all other resources say 24 hr drive thru. After jumpingthrough hoops trying to order a silly little taco, my entire order was wrong. They do not refund their mistakes and it?simpossible to get ahold of someone to help. Please, shut this place down for good and give me my money back. Do better. Read more

It's a Jack In The Box... So as long as they don't f up the order It's a good visit.. They got my order right. Food was prepared... and tasted like it's supposed to. Service was quick and polite. Good job! Read more

This is not the place for late night... Refried Curly Fries Cheese slices not being kept at a proper temp. All we could taste... was cheese when you leave it out at room temp for way too long. Read more

Over charged me for tiny tacos, or didn't add cheese to my nacho tacos. However you want to look at it I didn't get what I paid... for. I tried using the app but apparently locations have the ability to shut down the use of the app so I wasn't able to usethat for this location or the surrounding locations. Don't use the drive thru! I ordered a kid's hamburger without ketchup or mustard.  I asked to add Secret Sauce.  I've been... able to get it here before (when walking in). She told me they don't have Secret Sauce. I question that. It's a restaurant itemmost still carry. And this restaurant always has. So I asked her to put the ketchup and mustard back on. She didn'tunderstand.  I tried again. So she added mustard and closed my ticket.  I had to get her attention and tell her it was wrong.She didn't know what to do. I said let's just cancel and start over. She canceled and then ignored me.  Inside, pre-COVID,counter service was acceptable, but not noteworthy. Read more
