Last night we went near closing time. There were 3 employees there. They were awesome. Took care of us. I'm sure they didn't... have to since it was literally 5 minutes to closing time. But they attended to us. We had just come from Paint with a twist formy husband's birthday. And wanted some dinner for our ride back home to Bastrop. Sadly there's no Jersey Mike's here. Since wehardly come into Austin. I wanted to gift dinner to my husband as well. It's one of our favorite places. We've missed it. The 3employees made it happen. Thank you so much guys! Sub was disappointing. The bread was tough, far from fresh. The selection of meats, cheese, and fixings were good. The brand... of chips delivered were not the same as shown in your online menu. Always a great place for sandwiches. Make sure to join their loyalty program and use the app for the best deals. I love ordering... ahead of time, so that I can walk in and out lightning fast. Also Mike's way is perfect for most of their cold sandwiches.Probably my #1 sandwich spot. Read more

Tried to order online for delivery but got a message saying this business will not accept any special instructions for the... order.. How am I supposed to substitute which type of cheese I want? I love Jersey Mike's and will be happy to change my ratingto 5 stars when this problem is fixed. For a $19 sandwich, I should be able to choose my preference of cheese. EDIT: Despitewhat the comment below says, the delivery services still say "this business has chosen to disable additional instructions withorders". You need to look into this! I stop here regularly. Usually a good location, with good customer service etc. Today at stopped by at 10:17. The door was... locked. Cashier looked and realized they were supposed to be open she opened the door I walked in. Manager Abigail walked overto say what do you need??? I said Ummm food? She said we aren?t open. The very nice cashier (didn?t catch her name) said it?s10:15. Abigail said Oh! Well come on. With no apology for the mishap. It took the cashier to say say sorry for that. Abigail wasrude. High quality, fresh ingredients with quick, friendly service. The problem is portion size. I spent nearly $8 on a sandwich less... that 6 inches long. It contained only two paper thin slices of ham and two equally thin slices of cheese. Good tasty food butnot even close to being worth the price. Read more
