Reviews for Jimmy John's in Austin, TX
I love Jimmy Johns but I love them a lot more when they don't mistake TURKEY for CHEESE on my VEGGIE... sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 years of being vegetarian and my stomach is hurting 3. I called the store and they weren'tsympathetic in the slightest and didn't say anything about ensuring that their employees don't mistake the two!!! Read more
Most definitely my favorite fast food place in Austin
Went here for the first time over the weekend. The manager Lisa, and her staff, were super friendly and courteous. I?d never... been to a Jimmy John?s before, but they were super helpful in assisting me to navigate the menu. Great sandwiches, willdefinitely come back again! Read more

Why can?t you get my order right?!? This is the 3rd time this has happened! Maybe y?all are moving a little too fast. I re-read... my order twice and then checked my receipt twice. This is not what I ordered. If your out of an ingredient, don?t offer itonline OR call the customer, it?s really that simple. Thanks for a tasteless lunch. -_- Read more
Such a solid sandwich shop that is always consistent. If you are looking for a fast, easy, cheap sub?look no further!
I placed an order from Jimmy John?s today for lunch. I had the turkey Tom sandwich which came with turkey lettuce tomatoes and... cucumbers. The bread that I chose was the French bread. It was so hard that I couldn?t eat it I had to eat the inside of thesandwich (meat and veggies). I paid $9.20 for the sandwich delivery fee and tax. I tipped the runner three dollars. I feel likeI?ve wasted money So I can pretty safely say? I won?t be ordering from here anytime soon.... if ever! Read more
