This location really needs to hire more employees. The waiting time is crazy in the drive thru. I had this experience again for... the second time. Both times, lot of cars just gave up after waiting more than 20 minutes. After waiting for 30+ mins, we gave uplast time. But this time we waited and when our order was received, it looked like there was just one employee doing all thejob. Also, they open till 11pm but they were almost out of chicken at around 8pm. I've never experienced something like this ina chain restaurant. I believe it is the management issue. I actually feel bad for the employee who works here. I still come herejust because I love KFC. The commercials finally convinced me to try their chicken sandwich. Went through drive through and was asked to pull into a spot... as I asked for no mayo/pickles and they'd deliver to me. Waited 15 mins and went inside. Some friends of the employees werehanging around the counter... Bothered that I interrupted their conversation. :/ The food. Disappointing. Worst customer service in history. I waited in park lot for my order like requested...for 30 minutes while other customers came... and went. I finally pulled back around to ask where my food was that I already paid for. Ghetto insane girl starts yelling at meto not ruin her day like a crazy person and so I proceeded to ask for my money back. She said NO! And slammed the drive throughwindow closed. I ordered a big meal for 4 people and spent $30. My kids were in the car crying and hungry. I went home and letmy husband know, who in turn had to make a 2nd trip back to try and recoup money after working 14 hours and he was tired anddefinitely not in the mood to go deal with such insanity. He came back with $10 that was given back to him only because I wasnever given a receipt. Worst, most insane experience that ruined our entire family's night and we just didn't eat that night.This KFC is unbelievably horrific. Do not go!!! Disappointing experience. I ordered "Spicy Famous Bawl". I received bawl with broken chicken strip on top. Not a spicy one. If... you do not have ingredients just say so, do not try to substitute. Read more
