I purchased the fritters on Fritter Friday, and was very surprised to find out they were fritter-shaped donuts with maybe some... apple flavoring. I ordered an online order and the donuts tasted stale and old. I called the manager (Kris)the next day because I have ordered... these for my grandsons soccer team after practice that evening.. I wasn't able to share them with them because the were awful. Igo there frequently and the quality is always good. She was rude and unapologetic. She told me they made fresh donuts everyday.I told her I'm sure they do. I will never go to that store again Also they have Bee's in there display case with there donutsUh! That should be addressed! The coffee and doughnuts were absolutely spectacular and tasted so amazing! We had the classic glazed and the new pumpkin pie... frozen coffee! We used drive thru and I?m not sure if that?s what caused it, but we just seemed to get averagely okay customerservice. They weren?t mean, but they weren?t exactly nice either.
