I purchased the fritters on Fritter Friday, and was very surprised to find out they were fritter-shaped donuts with maybe some... apple flavoring. I ordered an online order and the donuts tasted stale and old. I called the manager (Kris)the next day because I have ordered... these for my grandsons soccer team after practice that evening.. I wasn't able to share them with them because the were awful. Igo there frequently and the quality is always good. She was rude and unapologetic. She told me they made fresh donuts everyday.I told her I'm sure they do. I will never go to that store again Also they have Bee's in there display case with there donutsUh! That should be addressed! The coffee and doughnuts were absolutely spectacular and tasted so amazing! We had the classic glazed and the new pumpkin pie... frozen coffee! We used drive thru and I?m not sure if that?s what caused it, but we just seemed to get averagely okay customerservice. They weren?t mean, but they weren?t exactly nice either. I normally love coming here but for someone without a car, it's a bit difficult to enjoy this location right now. I wanted to... get breakfast for my coworkers and they only allow drive thru and lobby pick up. Sometimes the lobby isn't even open for that.But today, I made a large order. Assorted dozen and an extra 3 for me as well as a pumpkin frap as I wanted to compare it toothers. The donuts were awesome but the coffee drink was sour. I could not finish half of it before I wanted to throw up. Ittasted like expired milk was used and ruined the whole drink. On top of that, I wanted some kolaches but they don't sell themon the app and they would not allow me to simply order them there and add them to my order. It was beyond ridiculous. Read more
The manager gave my husband & I donuts off the assembly line. The donuts were hot & delicious. We bought a dozen of original... glaze, dozen mini original glaze donuts, & vanilla mocha frappe. Would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme. Read more
Krispy Kreme spreads joy and this location is no different. Kris and her staff at this location do an amazing job here by... ensuring 110% customer service to all the customers. The store was clean, the tables were well arranged and clean. They helpedus with the estimated timing of the availability of our favorite donuts and made our entire experience amazing. $10 for a half dozen donuts. Sure, they taste great. But they aren't RR donuts, they aren't voodoo donuts. This isn't a bad... review of the product, I just want to let people know you can get better or at least equally good donuts for half the priceliterally anywhere else. Read more
