Consistently excellent TexMex food. I've only ever had the enchiladas (and chips/queso) so can only speak to those, but I love... them. I've been here many times and will be there many times more. When ordering Togo and collecting it the estimated time canbe very wrong, but as long as you know this it really isn't a problem (sometimes order a drink while we wait) Read more

We started with the complementary chips & salsa plus added queso. Then I had the numero dos combo: a chicken enchilada with... sour cream sauce, a mildly spicy ground beef enchilada with ranchero sauce & a crunchy beef taco plus rice & beans. I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. Our waitress, Mariana was very friendly and efficient. She had... other tables but never failed to make sure we didn't need anything. I?ve been coming down to Austin (from DFW) for weekend getaways for years. I don?t know how I?ve managed to sleep on La Mancha,... but I tell you what, I?m AWAKE now! The service was phenomenal (huge shout out to Genevieve who was prompt, friendly and verywelcoming) and the food was fan-damn-tastic. And the margs?okurrrr! The manager was even walking around the dining room checkingon guests and also offering complimentary samples of their new experimental shot or margarita. I had never been there before and went with close friends and family. The atmosphere was great, the staff was awesome and... friendly. The food was amazing!!! Drinks could have been a little stronger but overall i would definitely go back. Im fromMiami and I haven't been many places here in Austin that has tickled my taste buds like La Mancha. I had been craving plain old classic Tex Mex and La Mancha delivered the goods. I kept it simple with trailer park enchiladas.... Everyone enjoyed their food, the chips and salsa were great. Ample outdoor and indoor seating and lots of parking. Read more
Moved back too Austin from shiner tx and let me just say, I was afraid I wouldn't come across a GREAT Mexican restaurant and... this here is 100% authentic great food!!
