I?ve waited 13 years to finally get Chicago style pizza in Austin. My first few experiences were awesome but am noticing a quick... decline in service and quality and am fearful they won?t make it. Restaurant was empty tonight on a Saturday but plenty of highschool kids standing around working. This place needs an experienced manager and some experienced staff to make this restauranta success.
