So happy to have had the pleasure of discovering this gem! We came to try the cakes and after having the lovely rum and fruit... cake we knew we had to come back for a full meal! The chicken and pork were seasoned phenomenally and the portions were suchthat we were able to have lots of leftovers. So amazing to get such generous portions at this level of quality! Read more

We came ready to try every food truck here (and I mean EVERY food truck) and Louis\' took top marks. Don\'t get me wrong, every... spot was tasty, but the mains, sides, and personality just did it. If you\'re unfamiliar with Jamaican cuisine, don\'t let theunknown stop you. Dive in, get the Oxtail and Curry Goat, and don\'t sleep on the veggies and rice&beans. Read more

First of all, everything I ate was delicious. I had the oxtails, brown stew chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. So... flavorful... Secondly, the owner of the food truck is the sweetest. She\'s willing to answer any questions you may have. Isampled the traditional and non traditional soursop juices and the sorrel juice. They were refreshing. You have to try thecarrot cake with the pecans and coconut... it\'s so good and rich in flavor (tried it on my second trip) ????. Sometimes theremay be a wait but it is worth every second or minute. The prices are reasonable as well. You will not be disappointed if you go.So the next time you\'re in Austin and in the mood for jamaican cuisine... stop by the food truck location and check her out! Iforgot to take pics of my main course before I started eating but here\'s a snippet of the cake. Lol Read more

I drive down this street all the time and for some reason I just noticed these food trucks last night and decided to check them... out. These other food trucks are kind of hidden so you have to find them like a treasure hunt. And I gotta tell you, the foodis really good, little bit spicy and totally flavourful. The goat curry, the braised Oxtail and the Jerk chicken all servedwith yummy rice is all so good it reminds you of home cooked comfort food. Read more

The best oxtails & rice and peas I\'ve eaten. This culinary experience took me back to my recent visit to the Caribbean!! The... oxtails were fall-off-the-bone tender, the rice and peas were perfectly cooked and full of flavor; the plantains added theperfect amount of sweetness, and the cabbage helped break up the richness of the entire dish. It was the most balanced, perfectplate of food, and the lady, whose name I failed to catch, but ran that food truck single-handedly like a boss, was phenomenal!I can\'t sing the praises of this spot enough. Don\'t walk, RUN to this hidden gem. I will be back once more for the oxtails andto try more items on their exciting menu! Read more

Everything was very delicious and fresh. Burst of flavor in every bite. The owner is very kind and talented and greets you with a beautiful smile. Just be prepared to wait a little bit but it\'stotally worth it! I can\'t wait to go back. Read more

Wow. My wife and I loved our first experience here. The sweet woman we ordered from was so hospitable and shared info about some... of the food we ordered. We tried the jerk pork and chicken plates, soursop, rum cake, and carrot cake, and it was all sodelicious and PACKED with flavor. We can’t wait to come back and try some other dishes and desserts. It’s a little hiddenbetween an apartment building and a martial arts center, but it’s worth navigating to! Read more
