Hannah was great!! Very friendly and helpful in making a decision. Had the chicken spinach manicotti and it was delicious. ... Also the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was on point and delicious. Yummy. Aside from an unexpected bug on our first visit (which was quickly resolved by staff) and dirty napkins on our second visit... (which was also resolved quickly by our waitress), eating here was a nice experience. I was at this location for a UT Austin graduation ?????????????lunch. The wait was not long and the food ???? ???? ???? was... good the hostess was especially nice and charged my phone for me although they have a charging station. The restaurant is verybig. I give the food a 5. The lasagna is amazing! Highly recommend it. Service was very lackluster (I know, we are in a time where... people are not polite to servers) there was food or something smashed on the window from the pervious guests and never cleaned.Not something I like to see at such a high caliber establishment. I asked the server what the soup was and the response was "Idon't know, but it's salty" and third didn't even get a happy birthday from the server or any mention of my birthday. Thehostess was nice enough to say happy birthday to me. Note: if there are special occasions, please relay messages to staff. Wife and I went for our anniversary. Got in right away but had a reservation using Open Table. Our server was Erin. She was... great! Very helpful with wine list and she allowed us to taste before buying a bottle. We had Rigatoni D and the Lasagna. Bothwere very good and portions are plenty! We will definitely be back. We decided to enjoy Maggianos on our way to the Apple store. We were used to the loud ambiance of other Maggiano locations. What... a pleasant surprise this location was! Our server, Sofia, made sure we were attended to in just the right amount. I had thegnocchi with shrimp; my wife had their creamy potato and chicken soup. Both were delicious.
