Fun place to hang out with friends. The place is clean and got plenty of things to do. Standard varieties of food and drinks.... But the bowling pin machine at lane 2 doesn’t seem to be really working but the staffs were helpful and they were able toswitch us to another lane immediately. Read more

Food was delicious and not expensive. Bowling was alright. Shooting pool was fun but only about six tables and a little crammed.... They need to upgrade the cues as most did not have a tip and we're crooked. Do not waste money on the arcade. Most machines werebroken and the cards don't work on all machines/games. Read more

We haven't been here in years! It's crazy to see how much it's developed. We came here for my daughter's birthday and they all... had a blast! The only problem is the wait times!! I'd probably give them more of a 3.5 star for this, because bowling had a 3 hrwait and rock climbing was 1.5 hr wait. I don't even remember Laser Tag's wait, but it was enough for us to be limited only tothe arcade games section. It was still a fun evening though. Read more
We come here for the rock climbing gym, which is very nice in my opinion. The levels range from small kids to... adult/professionals. The new belay systems are very user friendly and easily allow you to hop back and forth between the walls. The cost seems great as well. The rest of Main Event is nice, the bowling is very popular, the arcade games are newer thanwhat you would find at it's competitors and the prices are about the same. Wow! First time at a Main Event in Austin and I am beyond blown away by the customer service. When we walked up, Crystal was so... informative and patient in helping us navigate the inside. Crystal told us about the $12.99 special they have on Mondays at 4pmwhich was a steal! Hannibal at the bar is incredible too! So great at multi tasking and ensuring bar is fully stocked while alsoproviding above and beyond service. Gabby assisted us quickly at the bowling lane counter and had such an upbeat and positiveattitude. When we got to the lane we weren’t sure how to order but Cedric popped up and took great care of us. Was veryefficient and ensured our food came out in a timely manner. Thank you Crystal, Hannibal, Gabby and Cedric. Had such a greatLabor Day here! It’s hard to find amazing service like this!
