Phoned in order to go. Two basic dinners asking for extra sweet/sour sauce for egg rolls and dinners. Received zero sauce. One... dinner was incorrect with chicken. Got one whole fortune cookie. When I called about receiving the wrong order I was told ?Idon?t know what to tell you? I just got here?. Employee did not offer any apology or anything to make it right. Too bad ? I have never had such fantastic customer service. Adam is a gem! So freaking friendly and the cauliflower fried rice was... excellent to boot (just a tad salty). The food at the South Austin location does NOT compare to the food at the Triangle location. My noodles were like Top Ramen... noodles and the taste of the food was not well seasoned. I ate it ONLY because I was hungry and had just returned from a 10 hourtrip???? Read more

We have been ordering from this location for years. Unfortunately it seems that kitchen QC has slipped. The last several times... we have ordered, the Mongolian chicken has been OBSCENELY salty. Fortunately, the egg rolls and flavors are consistent and thefood comes out quick. Please get the salt under control! Read more

First time eating at this place. The cashier was so nice and very helpful. She is the reason for the 1 star. The food was not... good at all. It tasted like the microwaveable lean cuisine frozen packs. The cashier gave me a different order and it was stillnot good. I left hungry and paid over $20. First and last time visiting. Read more

My daughter brought dinner home and to my disappointment the food was horrible. She ordered beef and broccoli, lettuce wraps,... and rice wraps. I took two bites and immediately was sick.
