Initially, I had a huge problem with my order. Ordered via phone. My young son is allergic to tomatoes, I ordered 3 pizzas... without sauce and with sauce on the side, and I received 4 pizzas with sauce. My husband picked up the order so he didn't knowwhat I had intended. I called and angrily explained the issue and Sebna (I think that's the manager's name) was SO kind andimmediately went into problem solving mode. She delivered new fresh pizzas to our house. It took a while but I do believe shecame as fast as she could. I wish I had been more kind. The receipt had "ask order taker" for the pizzas but the order takerleft by the time our pizzas were made (30 minute delay). From reading these reviews it honestly sounds like the employees justdon't aim for excellence. Mediocre at best. I'll probably still look for a different pizza option but I so appreciate the carefrom Sebna tonight. Read more
I am not one to normally leave a bad review, But this place deserves it. We normally use Marcos goes for our pizza delivery,... comma and the last 3 times we have used thave used them, it's been horrible. Is late delivery freezing cold pizza , horriblecustomer service. Would definitely not recommend this location. Read more
Inaccurate toppings and the pizza was cold to the touch. The box was brought inside within seconds after the driver knocked.... This pie had to have been sitting at the location far too long to have gotten as cold as the milk in the fridge. Read more
We received a coupon in the mail from Marco’s pizza and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Deluxe and a salad. When it... was delivered it was hot, the delivery person did not have on a mask, I did. He was very polite. The pizza had generous amountsof meat and cheese ( Italian sausage and Pepperoni). However, it did NOT have any green pepper, mushrooms or onion. Lastly, thesalad was not fresh. The lettuce had brown and black edges and no onion. We will give it another try. Read more
th This is the second time I've eaten at a Marcos location. Not too bad ...I ordered through my phone browser which gave me a... lot more ordering options and having it cooked to well-done was a good choice. I also did not recall that they cut it insquares which I actually prefer. They were generous with the toppings and the toppings were very fresh. While the crust wascrisp it was a little bit mushy and honestly it kind of really minded me of dominoes just a very basic delivery pizza. Additionally the sauce just seemed like something was missing very Bland not much flavor to it. So overall everything wasaverage. The staff at the store was very nice it was ready when I walked in the door within about 10 minutes so as far ascustomer service goes they did a great job. Read more
