Applied for a job here for a management position. Was repeatedly asked if I had a husband or kids and then was told that they... needed to make sure that I would be able to make it to work and not miss any work due to those reasons. Am hard of hearing, even with the visual board ordering was very difficult. Luckily no one parked behind me. The clerk did not... have patience and did not hear when I ordered 1 burger for $4.99 never said a combo meal for $9.49. I gave up after clerkstarted 3rd time. Too bad on them. OVERPRICED!! Read more
Ordered a chicken salad and blizzard. Price was 13.29. Gave the employee a 50 dollar bill. The change should have been 36.71.... She gave me back 36 dollars and did not mention anything about the change. I ask her where my change was. Was told that shedidn't have the change unless I wanted nickels. Told her I would take the nickels. What is this world coming to. I think thebusiness could eat the 31 cents better than me eat the 71 cents. Just the principle of it all. Read more
Pup cups for dogs! This location is consistent, which is appreciated. Not always the fastest, but I don't feel a need to double... check my order for accuracy before I drive off. The food is always hot/fresh and the drive through staff is polite. The parkinghere is very limited, but the large vehicles won't fit the tight drive through turns so it's a catch-22; if you have a smallervehicle, use that to come here. :) Read more
You will not find a Dairy Queen in Austin, or for that matter the entire state of Texas, with better customer service than this... Dairy Queen. The folks here are so friendly and customer focused you would think you are at a chik-fil-a! Plus the food qualityhere is always top-notch. The drive-through line is often long, which is a very telling sign of the quality as well. One tip -do not attempt the drive-through if you have a large car or SUV, they have a very tight turning radius and you will get stuck.The inside counter service is also very fast and the restaurant interior is clean. Everything on the menu is good here. If youhave not been to DQ in awhile, give this place a try and you will be back and your belt will be busted! ;-) Read more
This place was very rude . Customer yelled at me because I opened the fridge and was about to buy an ice cream. Place is very... dirty. Bathroom is never mopped and cleaned. I will never eat at this place again. Not a good experience Read more
