McDonalds never monitor these workers? Worst the girl don?t even know how to take order. She took all wrong order asking help... from the other guy. 3 items I ordered 1-machine under maintenance (don?t she know when she take order), 2nd I clearly explainedthe burger - gave wrong, 3rd I ordered medium coffee - she gave small one. For the machine not you want to compensate anythingshe asked - I said ok make the burger compensate to that, she messed up that too for $3.50 one she compensated 1.50 burger. Iasked what is it she yelled you don?t want that. The guy Grey shirt I will give you refund and staring me for 10 minutes. Manyou are wasting my fu?. Time for 10 minutes. If you want to show the heroism infront of girl make the order correct or show itin something else. DON?T WASTE MY TIME. All three were laughing. See every customer is important they are spending theirvaluable money to buy what they want. They are not spending money what you give. If you don?t wanna work go home why you arewasting my time and my money that too when I am hungry. I hope someone take care of all these things to not repeat to anyone. Read more

Adding on to the list of horror story McDonald?s reviews. This is the SECOND worst McDonald?s location I?ve been to. Please READ... if you feel compelled or bored. I, 20m went to this McDonald?s location around 1:15pm. I get to the drive through and ordered a10pc nugget meal with a Dr Pepper, a 10pc entree with just the nuggets and a frozen blue raspberry slush. The lady did not goover my order, she gave me the total, I paid. Then when I looked at the receipt I was FLABBERGASTED! The order shows NODR.PEPPER! Now, I understand. Mistakes happen! After all, I worked in the fast food industry for 2 years! Anyways, I explain myissue to the person in the window and he calls over the lady who took the order to which I explain the same issue. She asked ifI wanted the frozen version of the Dr.pepper to which I replied ?No, thank you! Just the normal one!? She then proceeds to get adrink for me and say don?t worry! It?s free! Now I?m thinking, ?Sweet! They?re trying to correct their mistake like any otherfast food chain would!? After all is said and done. I get home to my house, I pop the straw into my drink and to my HORROR! THEDRINK WAS A DIET COKE! You have one job. Failed. Then played a cruel joke on me. Shame on McDonalds for incompetence. So, I am not usually the type of person to take the time to write a review but I believe the service I was provided this morning... is definitely worthy and appreciated. After a night out and feeling a bit hungover I decided to make my way to McDonald's. Iorder two breakfast sandwiches and a large orange juice. As I pull up to the first window I grab my purse to take out my creditcard and it's no where to be found. At this point,I am panicking and the guy at the window is looking at me waiting for someform of payment. I look at him and say, " I am sorry, but I went out last night and can't find my credit card so can you cancelmy order please." As I am about to drive off and still looking for credit card he hands me a receipt which I thought odd. Hethen says to me, don't worry about it and I am confused he then says, "go ahead and pull forward I got you!" At this point, Irealized that he paid for my meal!!! My heart literally melts and I graciously thank him and he says, "no problem. " I pull upand grab my food. As I drive off I can't help, but feel thankful. Makes my heart full that there are still people out in theworld who are kind and giving and puts my faith in humanity again. Today is 10.15.22 at 7:30pm cst. Horrible customer service. 1. The female Latina mgr at the store has exemplified a bad... attitude. Unfortunately the staff onsite follow her bad example of leadership. 2. The little boy at the drive thru pick up hasmirrored the same petty attitude that the manager had. Definitely one of the best McDonald's I've been to. I've yet to dine in at this location, but at least the service at the drive... thru is great. They're fast, efficient, have nice customer service and they always get my order right. I really can't ask formore from a $4/burger establishment. Thanks! Keep it up! Read more

Wow! Ignored in lobby for 5 minutes. 2 employees refused to help saying they were busy. Manager walked by and ignored me when I... tried to get her to stop. I realize good employees are hard to find but have we really sunk so low as to not even recognize acustomer exists. I only got attention when I called on the phone. I order a basket of fries and a sprite. They didn?t get my sprite and charged me for an extra fry instead. No big deal, went... back through the line and the manager has a bad attitude. Okay. Getting annoyed. Got my refund then I check my account and hecharged me again for the fries I did not order in the first place and also issued the refund at the same time. So I paid for 2fries that I never ordered just because I went back for my sprite. Read more

I walked to this McDonald's at 9:30 PM. Online it said they closed at 10:00 PM. When I got here, the doors were locked and the... dining room was closed. I called the store and they said I could go through the drive through, even though I told them I didn'thave a car. So I stood in line through the drive through and waited, but by the time I reached the window they were alreadyclosing. Nobody even came to the window to tell me anything. They just shut the lights off and left. At least I got a walk outof it. Read more
