Cashier was rude just trying to get the cups for the drinks that came with my meal. Kept saying we had to pay again. Wanted to... trade one white bucket for orange and she gave us a hard time. Manager was super nice though! Read more
The door says the lobby is open, but they locked the door and said they wanted to close it? I?m confused. There?s kids playing... in the play area, I guess that?s the employees kids. I?m so confused, but my expectations for this McDonald?s was already so lowthat I?m not surprised. Read more
We went through the drive thru and placed our order. We asked for our nuggets and fries to be fresh on (2 kids meals (6 pieces)... and 2 combos (10 pieces). Our food was not fresh. We usually have to wait 3-5 mins but they kept saying we made it fresh.Although we knew it wasn?t true. Our fries were half filled and they said that?s how they scoop it. We asked for sauces and theysaid they had to charge us because kids meals doesn?t come with sauce. Okay, fine.. we never been told that at anyMcDonald?s. The manager was not helpful and wouldn?t come to the window. She had her employee speak to us the entire time. This is our 4th time having a issue at this location. Read more
I ordered a cup of water and sweet tea....I usually mix the two to water down the sweetness of the sweet tea and when I poured... it into the water cup a fly poured out and went inside the other cup. Read more

I?d give them ZERO STARS if possible! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT?!? The manager... Happy isn?t very happy, she?s rude and disrespectful! The staff lacks common sense and are extremely unorganized andrude(especially the ones who don?t speak English well like Jackie!) Today I was banned for asking for my money?s worth. Everytime I order large fries they?re half empty!! You?re job is very simple, fill up your fries!! It?s like a medium fries inside alarge container!! Very frustrating and a total inconvenience!! Fellow Austinites, we are in the depths of a BBQ famine. The brave souls who work here guard every last drop with their lives.... No matter how nicely you ask they never part ways with their sweet nectar. 1 sauce per 20 nuggets here and don?t dare ask formore. I believe management takes pay out of employees paystubs for giving out sauce. Be prepared to eat dry fries and sharesauce like the great famines of old. Read more
