If you are going to advertise having your drive thru open late, but then close it early, at least have the decency to prevent... your customers from ordering through the app. Also please have the decency to post signs at the speakers that you had to closethe drive thru, instead of having customers who placed a mobile order sit there, then drive around to the windows and eventuallyget a gesture which may or may not have been an indication of the closure and the employee walk away with no apology for thelack of notice of the closure Read more
I tried giving this location another chance several times over the past three months since moving to the area, but it isn't... worth going to. They've been out of several soft drinks for months, when I asked the staff why, they said the manager justdoesn't order them. I've had my order incorrect half the visits I've been, and they've upsized/charged me without telling mefrom my order when I get to the window. The staff is nice, but it is very slow and frustrating to continually not have regularitems stocked. Read more

You have to order from a kiosk but 3 of the 4 kiosks are closed. Staff ignores customers, trash cans are overfilled, and the... floor is dirty. On the bright side you can probably have a meal there without having to interface with anyone, the food came outquick, and it taste pretty good. $4.33 for dbl cheese burger fries and a coke. Even when it's bad it's still fast and consistent, 90% of why I ever go there. It's also fun to play ice cream machine... working/not working roulette. I think the odds favor not working, but those times they actually accept your order are worth theconsistent attempts. Read more

Simply the worst!!!! Rude! They do what they want. If they don?t feel like making something ?it?s broken?. McCafe? menu? You can... forget that. They?ll put whatever they want in your cup. Then they?ll park you in the waiting area for something as simple as aLarge Sweet Tea and then forget you exist. This place is a joke. Never again. Read more
