This McDonalds is the only one in town I go to even though it's a few minutes further from my house. I go out of my way because... the staff has always treated me well. I am in a wheelchair and sometimes feel like a burden to customer service folks but themanager and staff at this location is always so helpful and sweet. DO NOT come here. Went there a few mins ago and completely messed up my order and didn't charge MY meals as meals, instead... charged everything separately which is more expensive. Then on top of that we got what we didn't ask for. Iced caramel coffeewas absolutely disgusting. As a Spanish speaker we tried telling the lady what we wanted and she wasn't understanding either. Wegave up trying to even reason cause she couldn't understand us in either language. Very frustrating. I feel bad for when theyget a customer who isn't willing to put up with it. Overall TERRIBLE customer service. Watch out for being charged extra. Wedidn't wanna go back to try dealing with it. Just decided to write a review for the heads up. Read more
