This McDonalds is the only one in town I go to even though it's a few minutes further from my house. I go out of my way because... the staff has always treated me well. I am in a wheelchair and sometimes feel like a burden to customer service folks but themanager and staff at this location is always so helpful and sweet. Glad a found a place I feel welcome to grab a quick breakfastor lunch! Read more
DO NOT come here. Went there a few mins ago and completely messed up my order and didn't charge MY meals as meals, instead... charged everything separately which is more expensive. Then on top of that we got what we didn't ask for. Iced caramel coffeewas absolutely disgusting. As a Spanish speaker we tried telling the lady what we wanted and she wasn't understanding either. Wegave up trying to even reason cause she couldn't understand us in either language. Very frustrating. I feel bad for when theyget a customer who isn't willing to put up with it. Overall TERRIBLE customer service. Watch out for being charged extra. Wedidn't wanna go back to try dealing with it. Just decided to write a review for the heads up. Read more
Fast, but good Lord, if the 65 yr old woman working the drive-thru can barely speak or understand English, then maybe you should... have the 18 yr old girl she's training, run the microphone. This McDonald's has gone down hill. The drive through is 20 min wait. I ordered a mcdouble and when I got home it only had one... patty. When I went back they said I need to talk to the manager but he wasn't available. I let it pass. Then today 11.23.19 tookthe cake!! I don't usually do this. I got off and went inside I waited almost 20 mins then I witnessed an employee throw trashthen go back and throw fries in the fryer WITHOUT washing his hands. I'm sure that's a health code violation. Another employeehad a freak out because her alcoholic drink had been thrown away!!! She then in the middle of helping someone in drive thru goesover to the gas station to buy a beer!! You could tell she was already under the influence. Then I got my order and didn't getcheese with any of my burgers and my order was all wrong. Someone needs to come in and fix this location. Service and Equity useto be great but it's gone so down hill I will never go again I'd rather go to the other location. Someone needs to make sure nomore health code violations happen. Read more
