Today I was in the McDonald's that is listed.there was a disabled veteran that served this country and put his life on the... line..was having trouble accessing the touch less menu..note that it is approx ten employees in this location with no one at thefront they just staring like I ask r you taking orders yes..then walk off not to take it..while no one is helping the servicemember. How could one possibly mess up a Quarter Pounder with Cheese?by forgetting to add the cheese?! It?s the titular ingredient.... Seriously? I?ll go ahead and keep the one star because I did get a free meal due to helping two older folks who couldn?t figureout those faulty kiosks. Really? I used to love McDonald's until today. I've never had that ugly feeling of being ripped off until today. I work hard for my... money and only wanted to feed my wife, daughter and myself after a long day at a volleyball tournament. I heard of the so calledemployees pinching the fry box in the bottom to make it appears full as sooner or later the fries sink down to expose theshortage of fries. I'm disgusted! Not only did I get ripped off on large fries, but I ordered a double quarter pounder withecheese and bacon and received a regular quarter pounder. I hope corporate will see this and address this with me. I've never hada fast food place rip me off. It's an ugly feeling :( Read more
