Went through the drive through and got to the window at 10:52 on Saturday night. Waited in line the whole time, then when we got... up to order, they randomly decided to tell us they were closed even though they had served people before us (it was 10:52 whenwe got to the intercom). I would understand if they put cones in the parking lot before we got there, but they didn?t so wewaited in line for 10 minutes for no reason. Read more
Recently started working near this location and have been here several times for lunch over the past couple months. While always... busy, the drive thru line always goes quickly and my order modifications are accommodated correctly each time. The food isusually hot and fresh as well, only once or twice it was only ?decent? . Overall for a McDonald?s, nice job to the team. Read more
The staff here is really nice! I feel horrible for them because I personally saw the cashier get screamed at multiple times from... multiple people within about an hour and a half. I came here for breakfast while waiting to go to a job interview nearby so Iwas there for a bit and I ended up there after my interview waiting on my boyfriend to get off nearby and I grabbed a happy mealto snack on. The reason for the 3 stars and not 5 though is because when I did go in in the morning it looked like a trashtornado did come through. It was nasty. All the tables were dirty, trash cans filled to the top, floors dirty, it felt like theheat was on, and none of the pop machines worked. No tea and no ice. No napkins. A guy had started cleaning during the time Ileft for my interview and when I came back he was cleaning. It was a bit nicer after that. They should give him a payraisebecause before he got there is was badddd haha. They also charge for water... Which is really bad. They charged me 2 times forwater that day too. I thought maybe it was an accident. It wasn't a large water either. It was a baby water and they charged$0.45 which is nuts to me. But other than that it is okay. I was her for an UberEATS delivery earlier today and not only did it take longer than 15min but I called the number on the... delivery driver parking spot which is supposed to be faster as a way to skip the line but the person who answered said it was acustomer complaint line. I called the number again and gave them the address to the McDonald's after they asked me for the storenumber which I don't have and the order numbers to the two deliveries I had. I was told that they would call the store and Ifeel there was some disconnect because nobody came out to give me any delivery orders. End result I cancelled both orders afterabout 20min since we are supposed to wait more than 15mins and went on with my day. Read more
Fealthest McDonald's in Texas..!!!! The floors and countertops covered with dust and food particles. Stains on the front... countertop ..! On top of that the workers were completely incompetent with an attitude. One worker told me to move over, to theother register to take my order. I told her, you can hear me from here. She asked me three times, with an attitude..!!! I hadto read her body language, because there was a big language barrier with all the workers..!! Including the manager, she alsohad an attitude..!! Just because I add lettuce and mayo, that I paid extra for doesn't mean only lettuce and mayo where is the pickles and onions is... it lost in the buns and extra mayo, or is it under the half of cheese on the box. They do this every time i add to my burger,which is why I decided to check before leaving: also the meat was cold and fries were extra hot and crunchy; when I went thruthere was no cars and took more than 5 minutes, must've forgot about the fries that take 2 min to cook. It was raining and I had waited in line for about 30 minutes already. When I finally got to the menu screen of the drive thru it... had the last customers order on it still. So I asked the employee if they could put the menu on the screen. They weren't able toand the employee was getting frustrated and cussing at me. I finally just said fine I'll have a 20 piece nugget and can you tellme what sauces you have since I can't see the menu? The employee started telling me what was on the menu. I tried to tell her Idon't need to know the menu but was unable to get 2 words out without her interrupting me and cussing at me. I finally yelledplease just tell me the sauces!!!. She finally did and I got my order. I had also ordered a caramel frappe when I went to drinkit I noticed that there was soap in it. REALLY I thought that's the pride people take in their work today. That drink is notcheap and for then to make it to where I can't even drink it is unacceptable. Read more
