Worst McDonald?s in Austin. Slow service and with an attitude. Told me to move to the front of the store because my order would... be a minute. Our cashier was great and made sure we had fresh fries despite being the only dine order, and he made sure we got a good deal.
if i could leave no stars i would. i specifically asked if they had the halloween toy in stock before ordering and was informed... they did only to get up to the window be given someone else?s order THEN HAVE THEM TAKE IT BACK AFTER I CHECKED IT i hope no oneelse got that food. managers taking no accountability and blaming their hardworking employees. they also told they no longer hadthe toy i had originally asked for. I tried to place an order from the kiosk and was not able to pay at the kiosk. I wait for about 15 min at the front counter and... was told that I would get help soon. There were several customers waiting to place and pickup orders. It was 11:30 am and I feltthat the door dash and drive through customers were getting all the attention. I just wanted to dine in and relax. not certainif they had any issues with lack of employees or lack of communication. If you come don't dine in. you may not be able to order. Read more
As I had no time to eat anything all day and ended up with a 16 hr work day, I was greatful that the beautiful young lady and... one other person staffed this restaurant until 1 AM. At 12:30 AM, they were super fast and friendly, with a steady flow of carsrolling in. It really made me appreciate the 2 Sandwiches much more. Read more
Updated: 8/30/22 10:00am. One of the guards ordered a 13 cookie tote and was given old cookies from the container. The guard... wanted fresh cookies and manager yelled at him saying he should?ve asked for fresh cookies now he made the manager have to putall the cookies in the waste basket. The managers need to be replaced the male and female are unprofessional as well as theentire staff. The guard politely told the manger that they should?ve served fresh food regardless. And the Manager said no askfor fresh food made to order. Now mind you the guard sat in his car over 15 minutes waiting on a Mobile order that he had to goinside to get. They ignored him and didn?t even apologize they just threw his food on the counter and walked off. The ENTIREmorning shifts need to be fired.They treat anyone not Hispanic poorly. This place have Horrible customer service, racist, andrude. If you?re not Hispanic I would advise you stay away from this McDonald?s. This is the WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever been toon my entire life and I?m almost 40 years old. The entire staff and management is Hispanic. They talk to you sodisrespectful.The managers and staff are rude and unprofessional. They ignore you when you try and get their attention. Theyhave horrible customer service. Charge you for ever little thing. I?ve even watched them be rude to the police officer andsecurity that comes in. These people are around to serve and protect us and should be treated with respect and welcomed. Youwould think they would give the officers even something courtesy to drink, the security asked for a cup of ice,the front counterguy was given the security a large cup and the male manger told the guy to get a water cup or charge him. I was going on my afternoon throttle when I felt my stomach grumbling, I realized I was hungry! Shoot, I forgot to pack my jar... of pickles! Luckily McDonald?s was just a few blocks away so I could easily order on the McDonald?s app. Unfortunately I couldnot figure out how to order just pickles but luckily I asked a person walking by to help me. After a good five minutes ofpicking out the type of sauce to go with my pickles (I chose ketchup) I finally was able to get my food! Mmmm how I love mypickles!
