Don?t know where to start. Everything about my experience has been amazing! I had been looking for some sort of meal prep to get... back to clean healthy eating, but also to get me back on track with my fitness goals. Found Meal Proz and they have beeneverything I was looking for. I met Nicholas who went over everything, hooked me up with the most detailed body analysis I?veever taken, and got me started on a (very affordable) meal plan. The difference is, he told me exactly how many calories to eatso that I would both gain muscle while burning fat. No guesswork. Every meal has been delicious. To date I?ve dropped 20 poundsof fat, AND gained muscle at the same time. Once again, exactly what I was looking for. Went from 19.4% body fat to 10.2%, andI?m still going. Great tasting and reasonably portioned meals for a great price! I work full time, by the time I exercise and do other errands... throughout the day I don?t have the time or energy to make three healthy meals. New location that just opened. So far the food is great and portion sizes are filling (but also helping me to figure out what... \"normal\" portions are). I think the pricing is fair and better than other meal prep services I\'ve used. Customer service isalso stellar so far - I\'ve worked with 4 different people and all 4 have been friendly and helpful! Read more
Just submitted it but the Austin location is closed. Called them and they said the round rock location is still open and hung... up. Snap meals is a decent alternative. Read more
