After looking at the reviews and seeing the pictures of the tacos I thought I would give it a shot. It was a major... disappointment. None the less I felt like the tacos did not meet the appearance of the professional pictures taken for thisrestaurant. My tacos were skinny skimpy tacos. As you can see in the photos I have provided there is quiet a bit of this mealmissing. Where did the meat for the tacos go? I don't know! The middle taco with the corn tortilla the meat appeared to look oldand it was very dry even after dipping every bite in salsa. It was over $16. For skimpy tacos and they still ask for you toleave a tip even tho you are not attended by a server. Read more

Tried their Carne Asada Taco and their Pastor Taco. Both were okay. The sauce on the Carne Asada Taco was surprising with it's... flavor profile and delicious. I have ordered the "I??Bacon" and the Barbacoa. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bacon as it wasperfectly balanced with egg, potatoes, and bacon. The bacon was cooked and crumbled to perfection. The Barbacoa was two thumbsdown. It's greasy and overloaded with onion. Barbacoa is also a heftier taco that usually does well with a double corn tortillasand that's lacking here. Mine fell apart, twice. But I can't tell if it was because of the grease or the lacking support of asecond tortilla. I wouldn't buy or recommend the Barbacoa again unless they cleaned it up ALOT. I don't even know what to say. I had the pastor and gowalla tacos. My husband has carne asada with queso fresco and bacon. I was... so busy enjoying my tacos I don't even know what our daughter and her boyfriend had. But I know we're hooked. Definitely comingback. Read more

It baffles me how this place is rarely crowded and at the same time I drive past Torchy's and it's always crowded! For example,... I stopped One Taco this morning and had 2 awesome breakfast tacos for $6.50 and the same order would have cost me $10+ atTorchy's for a lower quality taco. One Taco's eggs taste better and their meats have much more flavor. Stop blindly going toTorchy's and check out One Taco - you'll be glad you did Read more
