I have always loved this P-Terry?s this morning I ordered an Egg burger with bacon. I did not get bacon on my egg burger and... when I asked about adding bacon the staff was fairly rude and did not seem to want to help at all. We used to love going to this P. Terry?s The staff was once friendly. In the past few years it has really gone downhill. The... staff is terribly rude. They have some serious attitude issues. It?s not just once or twice, although once is enough, but theyare continually rude. In addition, our orders have been wrong on numerous occasions. Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE P.Terry?s burgers and fries. But the overall attitude of the staff at this... P.Terry?s is awful. Everyone I have interacted with over the last 6 months has been super rude, there?s zero customer service,and the overall experience is unpleasant at best. The quality of food has taken a nosedive as well. I think this place should beshut down so that another restaurant with staff that actually enjoy their jobs can take its place. I?ll never eat here again. I can?t support a business that I no longer want within my community. I?ve been enough times with a... poor experience to make excuses for this restaurant. There is no management of whatsoever, the food quality is poor (has gottenworse over time), the drive through is a nightmare for the other shopping center guests, and they are excessively slow onaccepting payment and delivering food. 0/5 McDonalds is better than this place and that is saying something? I went to p terrys on my lunch break I ordered by drive thru and they left a giant sticker right in the center of my veggie... burger. I don?t understand how someone can make that mistake. It seems like it was done on purpose. Never coming back. Read more

Food and service were both subpar this time. No customer service at all, just taking payment and handing out food with no words... or anything. Fries were too fried and unsalted (I did not as for crispy or unsalted). Burger was greasy, but the only thingthat I actually finished. The Lemonade was bitter with no sweetness whatsoever (does P Terry's not add suger to theirlemonade?). Have had much better experiences in the past with the S. Lamar location. Won't be back to this one. Even had tothrow away the fries and lemonade. Crazy. Read more

You can be rude and serve good food, but be rude and serve trash that's a serious issue. This place can close down. Save... yourself and Go to in and out. You tell me which one looks better... I mean can P Terry get Better buns in 2022. What is that,great value buns? Multi grain? One star is being nice. Read more
