Drive-through had a long line, but it moved quickly. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich, fresh cut fries were amazingly... delicious. The veggie burger was good and the double cheeseburger was just okay. It was a little too salty for my taste. Wetried the banana bread and the oatmeal cookies and we wouldn't order them again. Was hesitant to try since the location in New Braunfels was not good and not worth going back. This place explains why they keep... expanding. The burger was perfectly cooked, service was quick, and the order was completely accurate. It?s a good drive throughburger experience. Read more
I love the burgers in general, but the lack of customer service at this location is beyond; we placed a simple order (3 burgers... and 2 fries) the employee confused the amounts I corrected over the speaker; we arrived at the dispatch window and confirmedagain, and still, it was incorrect when we came home we were missing a burger, drove back. The manager in charge was extremelyrude - they refused to redo our order which at this point was cold, and she told us, ?I remember you, you had attitude over thespeaker.? And refused to redo our order correctly. English is my second language, and correcting the order and verifying twicewould hardly be considered rude from the client's side when you want to make sure it is correct; the manager was plain RACISTand judgmental bc of my accent. Great option for fast food burgers. We enjoyed both the crispy fried chicken burger and the veggie burger. We got the chicken... burger spicy but it was very mild. The actual chicken patty was moist and tender. Fries are good too. The drive through wasquick, but we went after the lunch rush was over. P. Rude staff on Saturdays. They have both lanes open but do not serve the second one. Instead they tell you it's closed and to go... back around. Then give you ugly stares through the window. The girl at the window even had a nerve to tell me it was closed andthere was a cone. See photo below. Read more
Oh man, love this place. I had a drive through takeaway. We ordered 8 veggie burgers with caramel, cookie and strawberry shakes.... Oh I loved the burgers. They are so DAMN GOOD!! They warmed it enough to keep it eatable after a couple of minutes, like drivingback home in 30 odd minutes should not be much of a problem. Also, it didn't take us too long to get out from there consideringthe peak hours. Moreover, you can get the dog treats from the counter which I think is very unique and special to the goldenretriever at my house. The delivery boy at the counter was humble too. Stopped by for a quick dinner while visiting Austin on a Saturday. It was Spring Break week and also South by Southwest, so... everywhere in Austin was extremely crowded. Arrived and there were about 10 cars ahead and I thought about leaving, but lineseemed to be moving at a decent pace. After about 10-15 minutes, I was able to place my order. Person taking the order wasvery patient and friendly, especially as I had 4 orders. I enjoyed the simplicity of the small menu of burgers and chickensandwiches. Burgers are 100% angus beef and chicken sandwiches are 100% ground chicken breast. After about another 5 minutes,I was at the window to pay and pick up my food. Window service was friendly and quick as I paid and left within a fewminutes. For my order, ordered the Double Cheeseburger, French Fries, and, a Strawberry milkshake. Both the burger and friestasted homemade. Line may look long, but moves quickly. Food was worth the short wait. Read more
