Ordered through DoorDash and they sent me scraps of chow mein.
Ordered the black pepper chicken with fried rice. When I got home, there was more onions than chicken in my meal. I actually was... able to count - 4 small cuts of chicken! So basically I had fried rice with onions. Called the restaurant and was told that whatI ordered usually came with more veggies than anything else. So basically "sorry, not sorry". I've ordered this meal many timesbefore and this was the first time I was served with so little chicken. As I told the manager, lesson learned. Next time I'll goelsewhere. Read more
Orange chicken was dry and stale. Tasted like it had been sitting overnight and was reheated. Also got fried rice and it tasted... terrible. Last time I'll be going to this location. I suggest going to the Four Points location. Read more
Gotta try the cheese ragoons! But only a few and the shrimp is so good, chow mein has a few too many big pieces of veggies for... my taste but that's just personal opinion! Overall amazing food and nice people working here Read more
If you can get it fresh, like any panda, the orange chicken is solid restaurant quality. You just got to get it fresh.
Highly disappointed, we ordered three entrée and one side , chow mein The chow mein had hair in it , which you can see clearly... in the pic is under the noodle . When I showed it to the employee , the manager came and said that its not their problem it canbe anybody hair and we cannot do anything about it ..???? Please be careful while eating there!! ???? I just got home and opened up my meal... I purchased Steak and Shrimp plus Walnut Shrimp, waited a really long time for it and... look what I've got the for price that they charged - 2 pieces of steak and 2 shrimps, not even a straw for the soda. My businesswith this franchise is done. They probably hired hired some highly skilled teens so they can save some $$$ for the company. Read more
The Hispanic lady working night shifts is very rude and unwelcoming. I've recently moved to this area and I love panada but she... make me not even want to spend any money there. Not sure if that's how panada express want to be represented but she should notdeal with paying customers. Will not be coming back to this location. Read more
