I love Panda Express but this one didn't have sesame chicken and the sign has been up for months and they have discontinued this... item even tho it's a bestseller. There's no shortage of sesame seeds like they tried to pull with the coins this last summer. Read more
I?m here at 5:30 p.m they have all the chairs up so you can?t sit and eat and it?s taking forever to order it?s only 4 people on... front of me and I?ve been here waiting 20 minutes haven?t gotten chance to order yet. The staff working the lunch rush on 9/8/22 did an incredible job of keeping up with the long line and online pick up orders.... Despite the frustrated customers, the staff kept positive attitudes and did everything in their power to make customers happywhen they ran out of items or had to wait for the kitchen to make a new batch. This location gets a ton of business, so makesure you plan your order for non-peak times if you?re hell bent on everything they offer being in stock. Read more
Waited 10 min for teriyaki chicken and this is what I got! This supposed to be double teriyaki chicken and it?s only 1 piece of... chicken and half. They?re putting less and less food every time I come here. Never again for sure. Read more
After being very confused about what we were ordering and very rude about it, diego suppisiably got our order down.they said... they had to make it. Well when went to get our order we were short an entree and our broccoli beef portion was a joke. Fast, delicious, and loved the experience once inside. I love Austin & Chinese Food is an awesome way to help make an excellent... meal. Staff were great. Just a bit a while of wait, but all went successful. It was hard for the person, who I spoke to for myorder, to hear others & I. I continuously had to repeat myself, but it is acceptable as everyone had a mask and the masks madeit hard to hear voices. Overall, I loved this Panda Express. The food was delicious and the environment was clean & organized.Thanks so much for your business and we will definitely be back again. I recommend Panda Express for good Chinese Food. Read more
