I have eaten here multiple times, some are amazing, some not so much. it's fast food - not a 5 star restaurant! in store and... drive thru I have never had a problem with anyone working there. They are always polite and very friendly. Getting ANYONE toanswer the phone is a different story. I had one evening I ordered for the family, and my sons food was missing. I drove backbecause I tried calling for an hour with no answer. I asked if they paid the phone bill when I got there, but never really gotan answer! anyway they replaced the missing food, and gave me a store credit! So overall better than most, worse than a few. The worker was friendly when I placed order for the family meal combo. I wanted the broccoli beef but the food looked old,... broccoli was dark green, beef was dried and almost empty on the bottom of the pan. She told me to wait for about ten minutes sothey cook the new batch. I was ok with that and wait. When the food was ready for me to take home, I opened the boxes and foundthat the broccoli beef was not there, instead there was kungpao chicken. I told the manager who was available at the counterthat my order was not right, she did not even look but tried to argue ?It?s there in the box?. I said NO, she then came over andlooked. When she found that there was no broccoli beef, she said ?We only cook more when the food is empty in the tray? I toldher that food left in the pan were old and not enough for a box that I order. She was so rude and said ?If you want you can haveit for free, we not gonna cook more? I couldn?t believe in what I heard. They wanted to sale the bad food to customer insteadof dump it in the garbage? I told her I was not happy with this kind of service. She seemed didn?t care.
