DON?T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION! Waited 37 minutes like the tracker said how long my 1 pepperoni pizza would take. Went... in to pick it up and was told it would take another 45 minutes for 1 pizza! Ridiculous for fast food pizza. Read more
Understaffed like most of the pizza places around here. Only thing that affected for me was the time it took to get the pizza,... past that the pizza was BOMB and the guy working the whole place was super pleasant. The food is just what you'd come to expectfrom Papa John's, greasy pizza that is a little doughy. It is a little pricier than Pizza Hut which is the only reason I don'tfrequent here as often. 1.5 hours for a fast food pizza to be made for pickup. App said 21 minutes. Never heard of that long to make a pizza folks.... Could have gone to a nice restaurant and dined in. Hour and a half, what a joke. Read more
I ordered a pizza and breadsticks around 8:30 on a Friday night. Estimated wait time was between 47-57 minutes. I never received... anything. It is now 10:17 and takeout pizzas close at 10:25. Very frustrated and disappointed. When I went to file a complainton the webpage, the website refused to cooperate as well. Read more
I placed my order online, and there was a submission error of our order. We order an alfredo bacon pizza and received a black... olives, onion and ham pizza. We also order a medium pepperoni pizza, but it went through as a cheese pizza. They were willing toreplace our alfredo bacon pizza, but not the medium pepperoni because "that's how it came through online." I spoke with themanager of this location AND called corporate. Neither one was willing to do anything to give us our correct order. All I gotwere scripted responses from corporate (who's favorite word to use in every sentence is "well...technically..."). Papa John'swill never see me as a returning customer. Domino's has better customer service than these clowns. We order pizza all the time.Dumb move, Papa John's. Read more
30 minute order took over an hour and half to get delivered. Store was to busy to deliver so they had Door Dash pick up my pizza... for delivery. Since store used third party for delivery nobody could contact driver for update. When did pizza chains startusing Door Dash? If I wanted to deal with Door Dash's hot mess I would have ordered food through Door Dash. Read more
