This place is a joke. Walked in on a Sunday mid afternoon only to be told it was gonna be a half hour to get a take and bake... pizza to go. Seriously??? Took the counter gal 10 minutes before she/he even acknowledged me being there. Nope. Just pass thisplace and move on. Hope the owner is reading reviews. Horrible delivery experience. Ordered pizza the day before for scheduled delivery the following day - it was still 1 hour late.... I was told if I had wanted my pizza delivered at 5:30 pm, I should have set delivery time for 3:30 pm (what??) I regret havingleft such a generous tip prior to receiving service - however, the delivery was for a friend recovering from surgery so I wantedall costs covered up front. We almost never order from Papa John's so we'll plan to continue to avoid in the future. Read more
Ordered at 6:10. Called at 7:35. Order still not in oven. Staff person said she was on her on and doing the best she could. ... She was alone. Place should tell how long wait is before payment is made. 7:55 and still no delivery. This place is sorelyundermanaged. Order for children who are in elementary school by grandmother. Ordered several pizzas over the phone and was given a 30min wait. Get there to pick it up and they tell us it's going to be... another 30 some minute wait. Gave some excuse as it's the first week of school. Waste of time and fuel. Read more
The location has some ridiculous hours but my rating is based on the recorded message we're forced to Listen to while trying... to call in and order. The dude sounds like he's pleasuring himself either with or to the epic stuffed crust pizza I swear toGod! It's hilarious and makes me want to order pizza Hut and they're the worst of all. Read more
The staff on numerous time can keep up the timing of food when they sell you the pizza over the phone they usually say it?s 45... minutes but when you go to pick it up they said additional 2 hours. I will add to the numerous 1 star reviews noted. This is the only pizza place that will deliver to our house in Driftwood. We've... ordered twice over the last month. The first time the wrong order was left at the door. The store did send new pizza but it wasnearly 2 hours after our original pizza was expected. We ordered again and this time the pizza was nearly 45 minutes late anddelivered straight up cold. Tasted awful even after trying to reheat in a pan and in the oven. That's the last time for us.Deleted the app and will never order again. If we want pizza we'll go out or make it at home. Read more
