Ordered pizza, says it was delivered (it wasnt). Then proceeded to wait on hold for 40 minutes for manager (never answered).... Ordered a second pizza, they canceled the order manually and closed the store. Who ever is hiring the managers at this locationis a terrible leader. They allow their employees to close early and cancel orders so they can go party with their friends. Read more
If I could rate a zero I would. Ordered pizza Friday night and card went through? tip went through? was told 23?-28 mins??. No... pizza. No answer. Store closed. No help?.. you guys stink. Read more

Just a little disappointed by the service at this location. We ordered for delivery. No one came, finally called and they were... really defensive. I just tried to inquire about where the order was at. They said they knocked on the door, called and left avoicemail and that they ?couldn?t wait forever?. We told them we would still like the pizza and could come pick it up. When wegot there, I was fully expecting to pay but he right off the bat said ?I?m still going to charge you because he text you and Isaw the text message.? I?m not one to fight so I paid for the pizza and left but never had anyone knock on the door, leave avoicemail, or send a text message. Won?t be ordering again. Read more
Just ordered a pizza from here and needed to call and hide the driver the gate code. Was on hold for 15 minutes the guy... answered the phone and I?m the middle of home talking he cut me off them hung up on me. This is the service you give to yourcustomers? I will not order from this location again. Never even got my pizza cause the driver I?m guessing could not getthrough the gate. Pizza was normal, papadilla looked like a quesadilla instead of a Stromboli type deal. The tortilla was strange and super... greasy. I've been double charged on my credit card and tried calling the store and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up.I'm going to the store physically to get my money back. I tried to give you all a chance, but nope, you managed to mess up a simple order both of my pizzas at that. The only saving... grace to my order was the Papadia. You all might want to keep those around for a while because your pizza is disappointing. Thishad to be the worst pizza I've had in a decade. You'll be going out of business soon if you keep this up.
