Ordered delivery and was given and estimated delivery time of 50-60 minutes. After approx 70 minutes i got a text update saying... it was delayed and they would let me know it was on the way. Checked again after approx 1hr 45min on the tracker and found outmy order was cancelled by the store and I was never informed. Waited on hold with the store for 30 minutes and they don't answerthe phone. I typically do pickup from another location a little further from me because this store has always been poorly runbut for delivery I had to use this location and chose to give it 1 more try. Never again, this is the worst run papa john'slocation i've ever encountered. I've seen kids with lemonade stands that ran better than this place. Read more
Honestly terrible. What is going on here? Ordered from them once only to have the completely wrong order delivered. They offered... to re make my food but I'd have to pick it up... Gave them another chance yesterday & it looked like a toddler assembled mypizza. It had next to no sauce & very little cheese. Mostly crust. This location is sad & should be shut down. Read more
Papa John?s pizza is overall great but this particular location is terrible when it comes to cook times and delays? the most... annoying thing about this location is they never ever cut their pizza, I used to leave a tip all the time and then I stoppedbecause I?d get the pizza and it would never be cut or cut all the way thru. When I ask can you please cut or recut it it alwaysseem like a burden to them to have to cut it for me? but then when I go to pay I end up pressing the ?no tip? button they wantto sigh loudly as if I did them an injustice? look if I have to part of you job by cutting my own pizza when I pick it up or getit delivered don?t except a tip?. I was unable to cancel my order because no one answered the phone. When we got to the restaurant the delivery guy still hadn't... picked it up. The wings I tried to cancel were sitting under a heat lamp and even still we waited to pay. Luckily they gave meone pack of wings for free. I will never order from this Papa John's on a Friday afternoon ever again. Read more
Not quite what I expected ?Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust? to look like this. Not so Epic if you ask me. Very different picture... than that of what they advertise. On top of that this was a remake pizza after messing up my order in the first place with aplain cheese stuffed crust instead of the Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust. Read more
Ordered tonight for 3 hungry kids alone with dad who doesn't cook and they charged me but never delivered or so much as called... to tell me they weren't going to make it to them. You cannot rely on them, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, just orderfrom Marcos it tastes better anyways. Update a neighbor posted our pizzas on Facebook and there is no lot number on the stickershowever in my order confirmation the lot number is CLEARLY visable. I've been on hold forever trying to get a refund. Read more
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! This is now the 3rd time we?ve had issues with this location and it will... definitely be our last. We placed an order online for our mother-in-law to pick up for our kids after school treat. When shearrived at this location the woman seemed completely irritated and extremely rude. My mother-in-law noticed that the pizzas didnot have our name on it and the woman brushed it off and said they are our pizzas. Once she got them to our house we realizednone of the pizzas were what we ordered and there was no soda. We all tried calling several times and waited on hold for over 45minutes. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. So now trying to figure where our $50 worth of pizza is all the while our kids are starving anddisappointed. Never again. This location should just close down. Read more
