2nd time-- placed an order this order was for our whole office $ 75+ order-- placed it at 1115 am -- got confirmation email --... all good right ... NO -- 1 hr later I call and no one answers -- so I call customer service ( which is an OFFSHORE non us basedsupport) who tells me my order was cancelled?? I got no phone call - no email -- horrible--- If you can spend this much ona fancy website - at minimum learn to have your system roto-dial ( voice activated call the number and let people know youcancelled the order)... ( text and call is what should happen) .. I see several people who had the same issues-- whoever ownsthis location needs to step in and step up here! horrible business practices Read more

For the second time in the past couple months, my online delivery order was cancelled with no explanation. The first time this... happened, I tried calling for a reason as to why (thinking maybe I could just pick up instead) and I was on the line with noanswer for 30 minutes before I hung up. I get it if you?re hurting for workers and overwhelmed but an explanation would be nice.Makes me never want to order Papa John?s ever again. The location is run by complete idiots! Our order was placed online but was cancelled with no warning or reasoning. We called... multiple times but no one picked up, so we had to drive over to the store to ask why our order was cancelled. We were told theyran out of the ingredients to make our pizza; okay, I get that can happen. We requested a refund because we didn't want anythingelse but was told by the manager that he entered the credit into the system and it will show up at any PJ location. We triedordering at another location, and of course, was told the credit cannot be seen by other locations. We asked him to just issue arefund onto a card but was told he didn't have the capability to do that. Like really, you're the manager and you don't have thecapability to do that?! We ended up spending close to half an hour trying to get our money back. Another manager at anotherlocation was nice enough to make our pizza the way we had initially ordered it. Save yourself an evening and don?t order from here. This place is a scam. Ordered an original pepperoni pizza with garlic crust... and garlic knots at 3:40 PM. At around 5, a delivery driver delivered 1 pizza. I told them I also had knots and they shruggedand left. I went inside and checked the pizza and it was someone else?s order entirely, a thin crust Hawaiian (not to judge butew). I tried to call the store for 30 minutes, tried connecting to the manager?s line, nothing. Nobody ever answered, novoicemail, nothing. I called and got a corporate office that said they couldn?t help me and would have to transfer me back tothe store. They did, and nobody ever picked up. My order was not only completely different, but cost twice as much as what Ireceived. I tried the web chat, and it just told me to call the store for help. Finally out of desperation, I reordered the samething with a note that I had already paid for it. An hour and a half later I received my order, but double. I tried to explainwhat happened to the driver and that I only needed one set of the items because that is what I had paid for, and they said itwas fine and just gave it all to me and left. And the cherry on top is one of the order of ?garlic? knots had nothing on them.It was just baked bread pieces thrown in a box, no seasoning or butter or anything. This location has every intention of givingyou whatever food they feel like, and never hearing anything about it. I don?t have a car so I can?t drive down and demand mymoney back or my original order, and they purposefully make it impossible to connect with anybody. 0/10 Read more

Overpriced Digiorno's. This was awful. Their tracker said they were 'prepping' the pizza for nearly 40 minutes. When it arrived,... it was all slopped together, cold, and undercooked. It also arrived 20 minutes after the tail end of their estimated arrival.This location is trash. Read more

So besides the obvious squishing, the cut I specified on the order was wrong and the single topping I picked was also wrong. I... wanted to call the store to talk things out and was on hold for 30 minutes with no reply. Times are tough I get it but 30minutes on hold is pretty inexcusable. Read more

What a terrible location for Papa Johns. Don?t order from here. Instead pick Jett?s or Dominos as you?re not going to get food... or customer support from Papa Johns. Pizza arrived an hour late, total wait time was 2h 13min. Once it showed up it was coldand stale and shoved to the side of the box. You can?t get in contact with anyone from the store, they just don?t answer thephone, and the ?manager?, who you have to contact via email sends a canned response with a code for a free pizza - at the pizzaplace you just received the worst service of your life at. Order from here once or twice a month. Prob one out of every 3 times o have to cal back and have them resend, but in my orders... since I moved to this spot, this is the absolute worst pizza I?ve ever received. I just got it and not only is it cold, notlukewarm, just cold with hard cheese?. But they just threw the jalapeños on afterwards or something because you pick the pizzaup and they all fall off. Called back and the guy never even apologized. Just said I?ll remake it which is sad cause that probmeans they give away as many as they sell. How is pizza this difficult? Read more
