Ordered pizza last night, got a conformation email. I figured they were a little busy with it being a Sunday evening, so I... waited for two hours. Nothing. I call the next day and I get a weak apology and I'm not offered anything for their mistake thatkept me hungry. You got to work this morning and saw I had ordered and not received my food. This is my go to pizza place. They rarely get my pizza wrong. This one time they did, but they must have been slammed. The... estimated time was much longer than usual and they switched to being delivery only suddenly and I usually do carryout. Papa Johns on Brodie Lane almost ruined my daughter's birthday party today. I placed a "scheduled" order very early this morning... for the party that started at 11:00 AM. I received a confirmation email so assumed all was in order. Right before the partystarted, I happened to check my phone and I had a voicemail message from Papa Johns Corporate at 10:36 AM letting me know they'dcancelled my order because the store (which was supposed to open at 10:00 AM) hadn't accepted the order and the phone was goingunanswered. What?!? Luckily, Domino's Pizza came through and saved the day for us at the last minute so we didn't have 15 hungrykids. If you are ordering for a special occasion or party, I would highly NOT recommend this location as they are completelyunreliable and will cause unnecessary stress. Read more
