Order from the Papa John's on Brodie instead of this one. Why would it take 90+ minutes to deliver a pizza to a house that is... literally .2 miles away from the store, on a Monday evening? When I called at the 95 minute mark, whoever answered the phonetold me their "system glitched" and I couldn't come pick up the pizza but it would be delivered to me shortly. No empathy, noapology, just attitude. I've worked at Papa John's and in customer service for too long, "system glitches" are typically usererrors - no way it takes that long on a slow night to deliver a pizza across the street. Read more
I ordered on line from this restaurant and the estimate time was 74-83 minutes, I wasn't told until AFTER I placed the order. I... decided to wait but the pizza was not delivered until 1 hour 45 minutes later. I tried to call the listed phone number and NOONE would answer; no manager, no employee to take phone orders, I refused the pizza since I had to eat something else. I calledthe next day and now the greeting says the location is CLOSED. Do not order from this location! Poor service and I amdisputing my credit card charge. Read more
Normally I love papa John's and I really was craving papadias that night. Placed an order ahead atb5b when I got to wk at the... irs about a 5 min drive from the oltorf loc. Got there shortly after 8p and my order ahold have been ready. But it wasn't it wasCANCELED! I had a 30 min lunch which I'd just Enough time to run pick up my water and take it back to work.. But that wasn't inthe cards didn't get to eat my papaDIA didn't get to go anywhere else cause I didn't have time. They got my order incorrect again. Last time they gave the delivery driver the wrong order. This time they didn't send the... garlic knots. I called the store as soon as I discovered the error. I was on hold for 31 minutes, was able to eat what I couldforce down AND drive from my apartment to the store and they still hadn't answered the phone. I was still on hold when I gotthere. According to the recording they are swamped and not able to answer the calls. When I got there, there were no customersinsight and the door was locked. Someone eventually came to the front but thought I was there to pick up an order to bedelivered. I told her what was going on and my frustrations. She refunded my entire order but the service and quality of thefood has been declining. Are there any good pizza places in South Austin anymore? Read more
Ordered a large pizza online... the dough was obviously expired or stored incorrectly because it was sour, flat & compressed. I... called to ask for a refund & after 12 minutes of no answer I just drove to the store thinking they must be swamped. When I gotthere, the door was locked & no one was in sight. After knocking they came out front & unlocked the door. They did offer mymoney back though & were polite. It felt like this store has just given up on itself. Read more
DONT ORDER DELIVERY! We ordered waited for over an hour and then tried calling and couldn?t get ahold of anyone. Then we drive... there just to be told that a door dash person took and have stolen our food. When we ask if we can order again since our foodwas stolen we are hit with ?we are now closed for carry out but you can do delivery again? AFTER OUR FOOD WAS STOLEN! we were inthe store and it would?ve just been easier for them to just make it. Very disappointing and never coming back again. Read more
Absolutely the worst Papa John's I've ever ordered from. Pizza arrived forty-five minutes late and cold. After waiting on hold... for twenty minutes to talk to the manager, he argued with me and accused the delivery driver for the pizza being cold. Pizza wasin transit for only 10 minutes according to the tracking app. Manager then told me he would resend the order and never did. Saveyour money and bake a frozen pizza. It will taste better and you won't have to deal with these people who obviously don't care. Read more
Placed an order to feed my staff at 10am for noon delivery. At 11:30am they canceled the order, leaving me in a lurch. It... doesn?t get any worse than that. I can?t comment on the quality of the pizza since they couldn?t even make one. Read more
