I ordered via doordash and was so excited for my poke + boba. The boba is ok, too sweet. But the sticking point that has me... writing a review is that this is the worst poke I've ever had. The mango is rock hard and without flavor because it's nowhereclose to ripe. The sauce is also extremely flavorless. I wish I hadn't spent my money to receive this experience, it'sdisappointing. The food was very tasty not as salty as some other Pho restaurant. However, during my recent visit, two of the half meat balls... in the pho tasted off - because nobody really checked on us at all we were not able to tell them immediately and when we finallygot to tell them the issue when paying the bill, I don?t think they took it seriously, they didn?t apologize at all. It's.....adequate. Yes, I know, it sounds like a damning statement, but it's actually not. Everything there is perfectly ...... adequate. It's the type of food that - when you order it as takeout - you basically eat it (whilst Netflixing), and don't haveany regrets. So yeah, you're not going to be jumping for joy, but, OTOH, you're not going to be sitting there either saying "Iwish I'd ordered something else" Basically, the food doesn't get in the way, and in its own way, that's a small victory (Oh,the bubble tea / smoothies are actually quite good...) TLDR: pretty solid Pho in a cool area For the food: I had the brisket Pho and the Vietnamese coffee and condensed milk. The pho... was pretty solid. The noodles were not quite done when it got taken out, and the broth could use a bit more oomph, but that?smostly nitpicking, and I was overall very pleased with it. The Vietnamese coffee was exactly what I expected, and wasdelicious. For the service: the staff was very polite, and did a great job. The place is very spacious, so even with people ata table near me, I didn?t feel crowded. Read more
If you're looking for some good Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. The pho is delicious and the spring rolls are some of... the best I've ever had.
