Ordered pizza and received notification it was out for delivery at 4:55pm, however it was not received until 5:35pm. I ordered... from pizza hut because they are closest at less than two miles. This Pizza Hut is amazing the manager is one of the best managers I've ever met the employees are friendly quick and... efficient........ I want to leave a one star review for (The call center!!!) I've tried over the years because I grew up with Pizza Hut and absolutely love it, but this location just keeps disappointing.... Really sad. Our pizza crust was old and deflated when it was baked you could tell, not even fresh or fluffy. Very verydisappointing. I understand everyone is short staffed, but our pizza was delivered by doordash (not by choice) and it was cold.The driver probably didn't have an insulated Dasher bag. Read more

The app was extremely easy to use and flowed very well. Almost too well. They made ordering pizza effortless which isn't... exactly the healthiest option but so good when you're feeling it. Friendly staff, pizza was right out of the oven and readywhen the app said it would be and was very flavorful when I ate it about 10 minutes later. Read more
Horrible experience. The breadsticks were over cooked and hard as brick. To make matters worse when I call a ?manager? puts me... on hold for 10 mins.. when I called back I was hung up on after asking for the name of the person who answered. I am so upsetwith this treatment. I am driving up to the store now and I don?t appreciate having to argue and escalate a complaint that isusually resolved by your competitors.. now I remember why I havent ordered Pizza Hut in a while.. the professionalism of thestore in my area is way below average. I love Pizza Hut. in my opinion it beats ALL the other pizza franchises and even the local ones. the only bummer is that pizza... nowadays is so expensive. $40 for a pizza (after tax, delivery, tip etc.) makes it once in a blue moon luxury in these hardtimes. there are hundreds of other delivery options for half the price.
