This place has turned into a 3rd world d*mp. I placed an order, then waited, waited & waited. I finally received a text saying a... DoorDash delivery person was going to deliver it, which was a bit weird. I noticed there was a phone # listed for the DoorDashdriver, so I texted them and got a response of, "who's this?" I asked them if they were delivering my food and if so, where werethey? It had been way over an hour. She finally wrote back 20 min later saying she was on her way. I waited more & more amdfinally a car pulls up with my cold, dry pizza. The driver didn't have the pizza in a warmer and there was lovely grease spotsall over the box. She explained she got lost, and yada, yada, yada...she also had her boyfriend in the car too. Overall, I won'tever be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I shouldn't have cheated on Conan's! Read more

Pizza Hut at 2919 Manchaca Road, Austin, Tx, 78704. We ordered pizzas and one with the rewards points to get a Free Any Pizza at... 6:48 pm. Text message stated pizza was in the process of being made. App stated would be delivered at 7:20 pm. After an hour, Icalled the store and got a recording that they were closed. Several more attempts and two hours later did not receive pizzas norreplies. Called other pizza huts nearby and they didn't know what was going on. Checked bank account and the money was refundedfor the purchase but not the reward points for the free pizza. Phoned store today and they stated the store had to closeyesterday with no explanation provided and to call the pizza hut number to get my rewards points back. Read more

First of all, I very much appreciate Michael and his support. If this review was only about him, he would receive 5 stars... It... had been a long day and we wanted something simple and fast and decided on pizza but didn't want Papa Johns so we opted forPizza Hut. The online ordering process was really easy. The website tracker showed 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. Then I receiveda text alert that the pizza was out for delivery via Door Dash. Ten minutes passed then 20. When I called the store, I was toldthat they were behind but the pizza was out for delivery but should be there soon. More time passed. The next phone call Ireceived was from Michael at Pizza Hut telling me that the Door Dasher was unable to find our condo. I remember putting in ourcondo in the Apt/Suite field but maybe, perhaps, it didn't cross over. Regardless, the Dasher didn't attempt to call me or textme to clarify our condo number since the entrance to our place is obviously a condo complex. Our pizza was then returned toPizza Hut and they requested another Dasher to re-attempt to deliver our Pizza, an hour an a half after our originalorder... Michael, we really appreciate the $25 credit you provided but we will not be using that credit as long as you utilizeDoor Dash for deliveries. The Dasher never attempted to call us, text us, or even wait for the store to call us (which theyeventually did and I promptly answered the phone!) to get this information. This location was great for a long time. They've now partnered with DoorDash for delivery and I watched helplessly from the app... as my driver waited 15 minutes at another restaurant to pick up a second order. Pizza was delivered 20 minutes late and cold. Read more
