This was such an easy smooth process. I placed a large order online and within an 1 hour had it ready by my requested time. And... when I sent to pick up the employee helped me carry the pizzas to my car. She went above and beyond to provide excellentcustomer service. Read more
Three Hours....no pizza. Routinely told it was out for delivery. Finally told it was delivered and if I didn't get it then the... driver delivered it to the wrong place. Said could remake it but still hour and a half minimum before delivery. Never ever everagain. Waste of time and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my $40 bucks back. Wanna be hangry with no food. Orderfrom here. They will make sure it happens. Read more
Our cashier was nice enough and talkative but our pizza was given to us warm. We walked in, order out pizza and waited for it.... The young lady that took our order; I guess went to the restroom and was gone awhile. By the time she came out our pizza wasready and sitting there. Instead of one of the other staff given us the pizza they waited on her. She came out and gave it to usand by this time it was warm to touch. By the time we got it home it was completely room temperature, smh. That really made memad. I perfer my pizza nice, super hot and cheesy to my mouth. So we placed an order and we never received a call or our order. When I tried to call I was put on hold multiple times and then... someone answered and quickly said "you have to wait on hold" and once again was put on hold. For over 12 minutes and no one everanswered me at all my sister called and immediately got an answer and then found out that they called even though we never got acall and then just canceled the order without ever answering the phone. I?ve never had bad service at this location but this wasreally horrible customer service and I?m beyond annoyed with whomever it was that hung up on me multiple times. I usually love this pizza hut on brodie pizza is always fresh and well made we've never had a problem until last night. When I... got home this morning waiting for what is usually my delicious made right pizza I discovered that it was very poorly made. Therewere barely any toppings hardly any cheese and the pizza was basically swimming in alfredo sauce. I was looking forward to myalfredo ham and green pepper pizza. ????????????. Ordered, paid on line, opted for pick up, was delivered to my car door! Great Pizza, great service and excellent food!
