Delicious wood fired pizza. You can see them cook the pizza in the big oven right in front of you! The owner really cares about... his craft and his staff. They were all chatting amicably while preparing my food. The owner was also training / sharing to astaff member on how to get the pizza dough just right in the oven. Highly recommend this place! A true hidden gem! I found this place while I was searching for good pizza in Austin (new here) I placed the order and when I... arrived 15 minutes later I was surprised it?s inside a gas station! Now I?m not super boujee, but if I?m being honest I nevereat at gas station places. To my surprise this pizza was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming back for more.
